Welcome to Chrysalis Pic. By downloading, installing, or using the Chrysalis Pic mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Chrysalis Pic is developed and operated by Menelabs ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the App on any device.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Chrysalis Pic is a progress photo tracking application that allows you to capture, organize, compare, and play back photos over time. The App stores all data locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export content.
You retain full ownership of all photos, captions, and other content you create using the App ("User Content"). We do not access, collect, transmit, or store your User Content on any servers. All User Content remains on your device.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, and share using the App. You agree not to use the App to create, store, or distribute content that:
The App offers a premium upgrade as a one-time, lifetime purchase ("Premium"). Premium removes the watermark from shared comparison images. Purchases are processed through the platform's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies.
We do not process payments directly. For refund requests, please contact the respective app store.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and branding (excluding User Content), is the intellectual property of Menelabs and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Chrysalis Pic name and logo are trademarks of Menelabs.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Menelabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, loss, theft, accidental deletion, or any other cause. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
The App stores all photos and project data locally on your device. We strongly recommend regularly backing up your device to avoid data loss. We have no ability to recover lost data, as we do not have access to your content.
The App may interact with third-party services (such as your device's share functionality or camera). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Menelabs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
